Purchasing Guidelines

All prices are in US dollars ($).

Update: For the present, all new designs sold through the site will go up for sale on Tuesdays at 4:00 Eastern time. Watch the sales section at the top of the Gallery, or keep an eye on the updates section of the index page. If it's 4:00 and you're not seeing the new designs, refresh the page a few times. I update both pages right at 4:00, and once those updates are posted, I can take orders.

Each week, previews will be posted to the Custom Persuasion LiveJournal, as well as to the email update list. Email me if you'd like to be added to the list.

To order a custom, email me at custom@cloverflowers.com with the custom's name. If the custom is available, it will be put on hold for you for two weeks. If I don't receive payment within that time, the custom will be made available for sale again.

I try my best to keep this site as up to date as possible, but I'm only human. Please be understanding if you request a custom and I respond that it's already on hold. If you're concerned about email delays, feel free to send a copy of your order to pittchick7@aol.com (I highly recommend doing this). Hopefully, if one email doesn't get to me right away, the other will.

If you are from outside the US, please let me know what country you're from when you order so I can give you a shipping quote. I am happy to ship worldwide.

US buyers can pay through PayPal, with a money order, or with well-concealed cash. International buyers can pay through PayPal or with well-concealed cash. All payments must be made in US funds, and I do not recommend sending cash through the mail.

US shipping/handling rates are as follows:
  • $4 for one pony
  • $5 for two ponies
  • $6 for three or more ponies

I do not haggle on shipping/handling costs. I pack my customs very securely, and I insist on using Priority Mail for domestic shipments. I've seen what post offices can do to a first-class, padded-envelope shipment. Not good. International buyers should be prepared to pay for airmail.

Insurance is $1.30 (US shipping only). I pack items very well, but once they're at the mercy of the postal service, the matter is out of my hands. I do not refund for lost or mail-damaged items without insurance.

I go by minty12 on Ebay, and my feedback can be viewed here, if you're at all concerned about my trustworthiness.
